What is Thailand Privilege Card ?

The Thailand Privilege Card (formally Thailand Elite Visa) is a long-term tourist visa under the privilege entry visa program managed by the Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary Under the Ministry of Tourism and Sport.

Thailand Privilege Card Program

The purpose of the Thailand Privilege Card program is to promote Thailand to the affluent and high-earning foreigners through issuing a privilege entry visa and offering an opportunity to obtain a long-term multiple entry visa and the right to live in the country for up to 20 years. This includes individuals such as digital monads wanting to avoid visa runs, retirees who don’t want to be stressed with the new complicated regulations that have been regularly changed, or investors and business people needing to travel in and out of Thailand several times a year.

What are the Benefits of Thailand Privilege Members?
-The Thailand Privilege members can have an uninterrupted stay in Thailand without the usual requirement to leave the country every
90 days or do visa runs, unlike oth
er visa types.
-Privilege Members have access to exclusive perks and benefits such
as liaison and assista
nce via the Personal Assistant (PA) service upon arrival and departure.
-The Thai Privilege Card
 holder can request a Thai Elite Staff to conduct their 90-day reporting on their behalf as required by
the Thai Immigration Authorities.
-The Thai Privilege Card holder will also enjoy other benefits such as airport transportation services, complimentary golf green fees, spa treatments, and annual hospital check-ups as well as a host of shopping, hotel, resort, and dining discounts and experiences.

What are the qualifications for Thailand Privilege?
The application for a Thai Privilege Visa must meet and maintain the following qualifications :

1.Holder of foreign passport
2.Being allowed to stay in Thailand in accordance with the immigration laws, which means the applicant has no over stay record in Thailand
3.No age limit is required for this program
4.Not having been sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment in any country except for an offense committed to negligence
5.Not having been adjudicated bankrupt
6.Not having been declared as a person of unsound mind, incompetence, or quasiincompetence
